We recently worked with Vellora Shades to order custom window shades for all 32 windows in our home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

From our very first consultation through the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose shades that perfectly complemented our home.

The quality of the shades is outstanding—they look beautiful, operate smoothly, and have completely transformed the look and feel of each room. The installation was seamless, and every detail was handled with care and precision.

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. We never felt pressured, communication was excellent throughout the process, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the final result.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to work with Ofer and Vellora Shades and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality custom window treatments. Thank you for making such a large project so easy and enjoyable—we absolutely love our new shades!

I was shopping around for a few weeks for Honeycomb shades, when a friend recommended Vellora Shades to me. I decided to give it a try and i couldn't be happier with my experience! Ordering online was quick and easy, and when I had questions about measuring my windows, I called customer support. They were incredibly patient, walked me through the process step by step, and made me feel confident that I was ordering the right size.
My shades arrived in less than two weeks, and installation was much easier than I expected. I installed them myself, and they fit perfectly thanks to the excellent measuring guidance I received.
The quality is outstanding—far better than I ever imagined, especially for the price. Everything looks beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality window shades and exceptional customer service!
